David Lissek
Founder & Managing Partner
David Lissek is the Founder & Managing Partner of BayFront Capital Partners. David's investment banking, investment management and alternatives industry career serves to create unparalleled expertise developing institutional-grade offerings and launching investment funds while delivering best in class advisory services in the private equity, hedge, venture capital and M&A industries.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Canisius University, with a concentrations in Accounting, Additionally, he is a FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed and registered Broker as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II candidate. David has served in strategic advisory positions to launch, capitalize. and manage institutional-grade strategies for top-tier Investment Management and Investment Banking firms including BlackRock Inc., Morgan Stanley, and Allianz. David's passions include downhill skiing, Japanese martial arts, and commercial photography.
Corin Frost, CFA
Partner
Corin Frost is a Partner and Chief Investment officer of BayFront Capital Partners. Corin leads all Investment Management and Portfolio Management activities at BayFront - including Research, Strategy, Hedge Fund Management, and Product Development. Prior to joining BayFront, Corin was a Managing Director and Head of Global Equity Index Strategies at BlackRock Inc., where he managed over $1.5 Trillion of insitutional portfolios for investors worldwide.
Corin Frost is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Masters of Science degree in Economics from the University of Warwick Business School in Coventry, England, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wales. Corin's passions includes Phoenix Suns basketball.
Jared Black, Esq.
Partner
Jared Black is a Partner and Chief Legal Officer of BayFront Capital Partners. Jared oversees Legal, Compliance, Investment, and Operational activities at BayFront, and is the former General Counsel of The Wolff Company. Additionally, Jared provides legal and business advisory services to a portfolio of institutional-grade commercial real estate private equity sponsors, along with managing select funds.
Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford, and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Washington and Arizona, and his passions include hi-fidelity music.
Isabella Haddon

Isabella Haddon is a Marketing Analyst at BayFront Capital Partners. Isabella provides professional support across a number of business functions, including; Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Research, Capital Advisory, Client Relationship Management, Business Development and Social Media.
Isabella is completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance through the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University. She currently serves as the President of Aztec Trading & Investing, an organization that focuses on portfolio management and investment consulting. Isabella's personal interests include Fine Arts, Philosophy, and Ecology. She also has a passion for travel!
Liam Schulz

Liam Schulz is a Senior Analyst at BayFront Capital Partners. Liam provides professional support across a number of business functions the New York Metro region, including; Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Research, Capital Advisory, Client Relationship Management, Business Development and Marketing. Prior to joining BayFront, Liam worked as an accounting intern for a hospitality company.
Liam is 2023 graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Liam's passions are supporting charitable organizations and lacrosse.
